Best advice, if you want it in a relatively visible spot, but EASILY covered up. Go with your forearm. I got mine on my right forearm at 19. Im 21 now and it's never hindered me from getting any kind of job or promotion (one of which I got just last week) simply because a long sleeve is all the cover needed.
